Fleet and trips in one system
Many companies keep the fleet in one tool and trips in another. truckTMS links them: when you pick a truck for a trip you also see its documents, where it is now and which trips it ran this month. The data comes from the GPS you already use, with no new hardware.
Which GPS providers are integrated
Tracknamic (positions, kilometres, driver activity, refuels), TrackGPS / Arobs (positions and stops) and Eurowag Telematics (positions, odometer, fuel level). For other providers you can request an integration in the app or push positions through the public API.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need new GPS hardware?
No. truckTMS reads data from your existing GPS system if it is Tracknamic, TrackGPS (Arobs) or Eurowag Telematics.
Will I see when documents expire?
Yes. Documents that are about to expire show in the attention list on the main dashboard. For Romanian trucks, inspection and insurance dates can be fetched automatically.
Can I manage trailers too?
Yes. Trailers have their own record with plate, type, chassis number and documents with expiry dates.
Are driving times read from the tachograph?
They are estimated from Tracknamic activity data and checked against the limits of Regulation (EC) 561/2006. They do not replace the official tachograph download.
How much does fleet management cost?
It is included in truckTMS: €7 per truck per month plus €12 per user per month. The free trial lasts 30 days.
